Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pkrvlp website accessible at pkrvlp.org, including all pages, features, games, sports betting markets, and cashier functions available to registered players.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the pkrvlp platform and who uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the pkrvlp registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount held within a Player's pkrvlp account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable and clearly labelled), and any confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matching deposit credit granted by pkrvlp to a Player under a specific promotional offer. Bonus Funds are governed by the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that pkrvlp is required to conduct under its licensing obligations, including the verification of a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before the resulting balance (or a portion thereof) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the pkrvlp platform.
• "International Gaming License" refers to the gaming license held by pkrvlp, issued by the applicable international gaming regulatory authority under which pkrvlp operates and to whose standards pkrvlp is held accountable.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrvlp platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment of first access and remains in force for the duration of your relationship with pkrvlp.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes that person's acceptance. pkrvlp does not recognise third-party access arrangements and treats all accounts as the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.

pkrvlp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pkrvlp platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrvlp enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account types and all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-win games.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pkrvlp or any of its affiliated entities, and you are not an immediate family member residing in the same household as any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation from your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pkrvlp or had a pkrvlp account permanently closed for a Terms violation. Players under active self-exclusion are strictly prohibited from registering new accounts.

pkrvlp employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process and may request documentary evidence of age at any stage. Accounts suspected of being held by persons under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any balance held in such accounts will be withheld pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pkrvlp's products and services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, a Player must register a pkrvlp account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of accounts:

• Single Account Policy: Each individual person may hold only one active pkrvlp account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts created under different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• Accurate Information: At the time of registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. pkrvlp will rely on this information for KYC verification and payment processing.
• Account Credentials: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkrvlp login credentials, including their username and password. pkrvlp will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Account Integrity: Accounts may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where evidence of transfer or shared access is identified.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pkrvlp reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated at the time of dormancy designation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrvlp are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrvlp does not maintain accounts in any other currency, and no currency conversion is applied at the platform level.

Accepted Deposit Methods: pkrvlp currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's pkrvlp balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect, depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank. pkrvlp is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through pkrvlp:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, in the interest of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Any active Bonus Funds balance must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, or where the account activity presents risk indicators.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to fully verified accounts are typically completed within one to four hours. Pakistani bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to two business days.

Anti-Money Laundering: pkrvlp is required under its International Gaming License to maintain anti-money laundering (AML) controls. pkrvlp monitors transaction patterns and reserves the right to delay, withhold, or escalate any transaction that triggers an AML review. Cooperation with verification requests during an AML review is mandatory.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkrvlp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions such as PSL season offers. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds credited to an account are not withdrawable as cash until the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are forfeited if the Player requests a withdrawal before completing the Wagering Requirement, unless the Player has elected to forfeit the bonus in the cashier.
• pkrvlp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively apply to bonuses already accepted and already subject to an active Wagering Requirement.
• The use of automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies, or any systematic approach designed to exploit bonus structures constitutes abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds forfeited.
• Certain game categories — such as live casino tables, jackpot slots, or specific sports betting markets — may be excluded from contributing to Wagering Requirements. The eligible game list is specified in each promotion's terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pkrvlp is subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Results: The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The outcome of all sports betting markets is determined by official sporting results from the relevant governing body. Once a game round or bet is settled, the result is final and not subject to reversal except in cases of verified technical error.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a demonstrable technical error affecting game outcome or odds — including but not limited to software malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or connectivity failures — pkrvlp reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. pkrvlp does not honour results generated under technically erroneous conditions.
• Maximum Payout Limits: pkrvlp maintains maximum single-bet payout limits across product categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market and may be updated periodically. pkrvlp reserves the right to reduce payouts to the applicable maximum limit where a confirmed win exceeds it.
• Cricket Betting: PSL and international cricket markets on pkrvlp are governed by the official match results as determined by the relevant cricket board. In the event of match abandonment, reduced-overs play, or official result revision, markets are settled in accordance with pkrvlp's published cricket betting rules.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet and stake amounts vary by product and are displayed at the point of wagering. No bet below the published minimum will be accepted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrvlp platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent termination, along with forfeiture of any balance held at the time of detection:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one pkrvlp account simultaneously or at any time.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players for the purpose of generating guaranteed returns.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any way that affects game outcomes or account balances.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any non-human tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or navigate the game lobby.
• Attempting to launder money or process transactions through pkrvlp for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrvlp staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Registering for a new account while subject to an active self-exclusion or after a previous account has been permanently closed for a Terms violation.

pkrvlp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities investigating any of the above prohibited activities. Account information may be disclosed to relevant authorities in accordance with pkrvlp's legal obligations under its International Gaming License.

Responsible Gaming

pkrvlp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. The Company recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented the following tools and policies to support responsible gaming practices:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that generate an alert after a defined period of continuous play. pkrvlp recommends regular breaks during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six months through the pkrvlp support team. Self-excluded Players will be prevented from logging in and will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides on-screen net session win/loss summaries to assist Players in maintaining awareness of their gambling activity.

Players experiencing difficulty with their gambling activity are encouraged to visit the pkrvlp Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and signposting to support organisations. pkrvlp staff are trained to identify and respond to indicators of problem gambling and may apply protective account measures without prior Player request.

KYC & Identity Verification

pkrvlp is required under its International Gaming License to conduct KYC verification for all Player accounts. The following KYC conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before pkrvlp will process a Player's first withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.
• Standard KYC documentation required includes: a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card — CNIC — is the preferred document for Pakistani players), proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership for the method used to deposit.
• pkrvlp may request enhanced due diligence documentation at any stage, including for high-value transactions or accounts that trigger AML review criteria.
• All KYC documents submitted to pkrvlp are processed and stored in accordance with the pkrvlp Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or by the terms of pkrvlp's gaming license.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 30 days from the date of request — may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the pkrvlp platform — including but not limited to the pkrvlp brand name, logo, design elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrvlp or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of any pkrvlp content in any form or medium without the prior written consent of pkrvlp.

Any unauthorised use of pkrvlp's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, framing, or reproducing game content or odds data — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pkrvlp's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms, from the use of the Platform, or from any transaction conducted through the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pkrvlp account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

pkrvlp expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, or consequential financial loss arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure in Platform services caused by factors outside pkrvlp's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor outages.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, regardless of whether pkrvlp was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrvlp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players to pkrvlp is governed by the pkrvlp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pkrvlp Privacy Policy in full.

pkrvlp collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where applicable, direct marketing communications to opted-in Players. pkrvlp does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the Platform's operation.

Amendments to These Terms

pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the hero section of this page. When material amendments are made, pkrvlp will provide notice to Players via a prominent notification on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the registered account address.

Continued use of the pkrvlp Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pkrvlp support.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvlp holds its International Gaming License. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that by using the pkrvlp Platform, they are entering into a relationship governed by international gaming law as applicable under the relevant license. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction, and pkrvlp makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a query, complaint, or dispute relating to these Terms or to your pkrvlp account, pkrvlp encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance. Most account and payment issues are resolved at the first point of contact.

Formal Complaints: If a complaint cannot be resolved through standard support channels, Players may escalate the matter formally by submitting a written complaint to the pkrvlp compliance team. pkrvlp will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within twenty-eight (28) days.

Regulatory Escalation: If a Player remains unsatisfied following pkrvlp's formal complaints process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose authority pkrvlp holds its International Gaming License. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from the pkrvlp compliance team.
